Melissa Woods – Chief Mentor
Melissa Woods helps CEOs define the qualities that will turn their ordinary businesses into extraordinary businesses – through marketing, sales, business development, and customer service. Her career started in the late eighties when she founded JW Tumbles, a children’s gym, which she expanded into hugely successful franchise with over 40 locations in 5 countries worldwide. She wrote the book on creating a thriving franchise (literally): Secrets of Franchise Success covers everything needed to grow a national or global company franchise.

Tammy Moore brings to Pinnacle Global Network a very high level of business intelligence, wisdom and heart. In 1991, Tammy launched her family’s first restaurant, Pat & Oscar’s in Carmel Mountain Ranch with 8 employees and went on to open 18 with their team of 1400 employees. She sold a majority of their shares to Sizzler International for $23 million dollars. Over the next 2 years she and her team built an additional 10 restaurant before exiting the business.
Tammy brings her savvy for scaling quickly, building rockstar teams and driving high profit margins for business owners.
Giles Fabris, from London, England, brings 32 years of coaching experience to Pinnacle and has helped hundreds of new and high level CEO’s to significant business growth. A digital marketing expert, he’s also an owner of a successful Skincare company and has launched 11 Amazon Bestselling products and helped multiple clients achieve Amazon Bestselling Author status. He has proven experience in creating highly profitable customer experience strategies, e-commerce analysis, email marketing conversion funnels; SEO, operations & project management, sales training, and a track record of helping his clients build strong strategic partnerships.
Giles helps clients overcome major obstacles, deal with tough (and often complex) decisions and capitalize on new opportunities to generate breakthrough results. Besides being a rockstar mentor and business owner, he is also a British national champion skydiver, world record holder, paraglider pilot and avid motorcycle enthusiast.
Stewart Borie has mentored hundreds of business owners from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups over the last several decades. Armed with an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, he has run several of his own successful companies and has decades of experience in marketing, management, leadership, finance, operations, strategic planning, mindset, and more. He has operating and consulting experience with companies such as Dun & Bradstreet, Merrill Lynch, and National Recycling Corp, and more.

Chris is a Navy Veteran who holds a Masters degree from Harvard University. He has co-founded 5 companies, and has been the CEO of a multi-million dollar digital marketing company. He is currently the managing partner in a private equity firm that focuses on sales and marketing-driven projects.
As someone who has spent much of his career in the entrepreneurial trenches, Chris deeply understands that the struggles of growing a business extend well past the balance sheet. He is passionate about supporting business leaders in discovering holistic personal growth, while driving high-impact organizational change as a measurement of employee, customer, and community initiatives.
Phil Black has committed his life to helping high-level business owners overcome their biggest mental blocks and unlock their full potential. Lacey Haegen brings to Pinnacle 20 years of experience in the luxury product and service marketplace. She specializes in brand development, aesthetics presentation, personal connection, and elite customer service experiences. She has worked extensively with sales and merchandising, product positioning, and building relationships with strategic partners. Her education in Sociology has trained her to evaluate situations from multiple perspectives, view challenges structurally, and uncover greater opportunities within existing resources.
She is the Founder and CEO of Beaute Nouveau Botanical Beauty. She understands the complicated journey from Solopreneur to Visionary and is passionate about coaching fellow business leaders to use their imaginations, achieve their greatest heights, build their dream teams, and live their best lives.
Marcus Couch – Marketing Director
Marcus Couch is Pinnacle Global Network’s Marketing Strategist and Project Manager. He’s worked with many of the top coaches and speakers in the industry and now we’re lucky enough to have him on our team!
When not marketing, Marcus can be found relaxing at the harbor with his wife on their sailboat. An avid entrepreneur, Marcus and his wife own a successful brick and mortar beauty businesses and several online businesses.
Jared Salas – Creative Director
Jared Salas, film maker, online marketer and Creative Director for Pinnacle Global Network, began honing his art direction skills while working as a coordinator in L.A. on films such as Alice in Wonderland, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Transformers. He has also done video work for Denny’s, Toyota, Filter Magazine, and Redbull. For 7 years and counting, Jared continues to bring an incredible array of creative talents, technology savvy and marketing ingenuity to the Pinnacle Team. Jared directs the weekly Scale or Fail Show, designs the branding experience for our live events, and manages the PGN social media presence.

Ryan Washburn – Video and Cinematography
As a cinematographer, story always comes first for Ryan. He graduated from San Diego State University’s Television and Film program where I emphasized in cinematography. Since finishing at SDSU, Ryan has started his own production company and continued to do what he loves, tell stories through motion pictures. When he’s not taking photos or shooting video, he loves surfing, traveling to Baja Mexico, and meeting with like-minded individuals.
Ryan has been nominated for two Emmy Awards for his live broadcast work while attending SDSU, as well working on the Sundance winner Short Term 12.
Jennifer DeWitt – Executive Assistant
Known as the “Full Time Multitasking Ninja,” Jennifer keeps the AMI headquarters running smoothly. She is Allison’s Executive Assistant and Customer Service to our clients. She is incredibly talented, big hearted and super duper patient. We absolutely love having Jennifer on our team!
Gabriella Knister – Business Development Coordinator
Gabriella Knister assists in business relations, sales, social media, large scale events, and speaking engagements. She is also co-founder of Bangarang, a San Diego based interactive art experience. She has also ran artist bookings/ for a large production company based in New York. All of these opportunities, including working with large scale music events, taught Gabriella the ins-and-outs of a properly run event and what the attendees of these events truly want.
Gabriella’s personality is magnetic and she brings a great deal of positive energy and know-how to the team and the PGN community!
Ariana Dokhanchy – Content and Copywriter
Ariana Dokhanchy is Pinnacle Global Network’s content and copywriter. Her creative style mixed with marketing savvy caught the eye of this team and she has been writing for us every since. Coming from a line of entrepreneurs, she’s passionate about business and personal development – which is why she loves to write for Pinnacle!
When she’s not writing, Ariana loves to surf, hike, and explore the great state of California (and beyond!).
