As founder and CEO of JW Tumbles, Woods developed and facilitated franchisee-training programs, sales processes, and ongoing support systems, including comprehensive operating manuals. As a successful “in the trenches business owner, ” Woods understands what it takes to grow a business smartly and effectively and is passionate about helping business owners find simple solutions to everyday challenges while avoiding stress and burnout.
Tammy Moore brings to Pinnacle Global Network a very high level of business intelligence, wisdom and heart. In 1991, Tammy launched her family’s first restaurant, Pat & Oscar’s in Carmel Mountain Ranch with 8 employees and went on to open 18 with their team of 1400 employees. She sold a majority of their shares to Sizzler International for $23 million dollars. Over the next 2 years her and her team built an additional 10 restaurant before exiting the business. Tammy brings her savvy of scaling fast, building rockstar teams and driving high profit margins for business owners.
Giles Fabris, from London, England, has been in the business world for 20 years and coached hundreds of new and high level CEO’s to big business growth. He created the #1 Selling online deodorant products on Amazon that’s currently out selling Gilette, Dove and OldSpice in less than a year.” (He launched 5 Amazon Bestselling products and helped multiple clients achieve Amazon Bestselling Author status) For over two decades, Giles has helped clients overcome major obstacles, deal with tough (and often complex) decisions and capitalize on new opportunities to generate breakthrough results. Giles has proven experience in creating highly profitable customer experience strategies, e-commerce analysis, email marketing conversion funnels; SEO, operations & project management, sales training, and a track record of helping his clients build strong strategic partnerships.
Besides being a digital marketing expert, Giles has saved National photography business from bankruptcy, secured media coverage from The New York times, Wall Street Journal, The Early show, Business Week, Glamor magazine, USA today and Time magazine, created an automated training program and went on to “Hire hundreds of people in Detroit, Akron and Cleveland in the middle of the worst recession.” To top it off, Giles became a multiple British national champion skydiver and world record holder. He is also a paraglider pilot and avid motorcycle enthusiast.

Armed with an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business, Stewart has mentored hundreds of business owners from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups over the last several decades.
He has run several of his own successful companies and has decades of experience in marketing, entrepreneurial management, leadership, finance, operations, strategic and business planning, mindset management and more across diverse industries and circumstances. Perhaps the most rewarding experience was starting a business in the ghetto (which required him to carry a gun for a year), turning it around after being embezzled, and then selling the business to a Fortune 100 company.
In addition to leading companies, Stewart has operating and consulting experience in numerous industries including Internet, data, financial, energy, environmental, entertainment, health care, direct sales and retail. He’s worked with companies such as Dun & Bradstreet, Merrill Lynch, ENI Corporation, National Recycling Corp., ENTX Inc. Dames & Moore, Environmental Business Partners Inc., and Royal Roads University – and even integrated a solid waste management plan for the city of Philadelphia.

A Harvard alumnus and former Navy logistics specialist, Chris Friend comes to A.M.I. as an accomplished CEO and entrepreneur.
Chris is the founder of Money Metrics, a business growth projections SaaS. Prior to launching Money Metrics, Chris was CEO of Ninthlink, a multi-million-dollar digital marketing and web development agency that counted Qualcomm and Jacuzzi among its clients. He also founded Artist-Bound, an organization focused on supporting struggling artists. Chris has served as the director of sales and marketing for two financial services companies.
As someone who has spent much of his career in the entrepreneurial trenches, Chris deeply understands that the struggles of growing a business extend well past the balance sheet. He is passionate about supporting business leaders in discovering holistic personal growth, while driving high-impact organizational change as a measurement of employee, customer, and community initiatives.

Phil has lead both personal leaders and management teams to greater performance levels and has trained more than 4,000 individuals and Fortune 1000 management teams in leadership and strategic coaching. His client roster includes Intel, Unisys, Sprint, Qualcomm, AT&T, Dow Jones, Casitas De San Jose, Wells Fargo, Cushman Realty, Red Mountain Retail Group, Arbonne Int’l, Nucerity Skin Care, CEOSpace and the State of California.
He also developed and ran the strategic alliance/joint venture program for the largest seminar company in the world.

Jared Salas – Creative Director
Jared Salas, film maker, online marketer and Creative Director for Allison Maslan International, began honing his art direction skills while working as a coordinator in L.A. on films such as Alice in Wonderland, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Transformers. He has also done video work for Denny’s, Toyota, Filter Magazine, and Redbull. He brings an incredible array of creative talents, technology savvy and marketing ingenuity to the Pinnacle Team. “Creativity, I believe will never progress unless we climb outside of the current trends and reinvent them”.
