Here at Pinnacle Global Network we just wrapped up our exclusive LIVE training, The Innovate & Scale Online Intensive, where I had the joy of working with hundreds of incredible business owners from all over the world.
I have to say… it was probably one of the most powerful events we’ve ever put on.
We were joined by a lineup of some of the most successful CEOs in the world (who shared a few of their biggest success secrets) and I saw countless guests have major breakthroughs right before our eyes! I really hope you were able to join us.
If you missed out — or you want a quick refresher — here are just a few of our favorite insights from those 3 days.
DAYMOND JOHN – USE “OPM”: OTHER PEOPLE’S MONEY.
Daymond John, a top investor from Shark Tank, who has helped fund several multi-million dollar companies, recommends that business owners grow through collaboration. What that means is connecting with people who can help or supply you with what you need, rather than you trying to come up with this on your own.
By collaborating and using other people’s money, management, manufacturing (OPM) or resources, you reduce your own costs by at least 50% AND you can create an even higher-level offer for your clients.
It’s a win-win for everyone.
PAT FLYNN – CREATE A RESOURCE PAGE, RIGHT NOW.
Whether or not you’re an affiliate marketer, this is a super easy way to give anyone visiting your company online more value — which increases (A) their trust in you and (B) the likelihood that they will buy from you.
40% of his sales, which is millions of dollars, come from his resource page ALONE!
Simply add a resource page to your company website with a list of products, courses, and other tools that you recommend. They can be both free and/or paid resources.
BO EASON – IMMEDIATELY BUILD TRUST WITH YOUR AUDIENCE BY USING A HIGHLY PERSONAL STORY.
“You can't be distant from your own story. Personal equals universal. The more personal you are with your story, the more people are attracted to it.”
If you want to immediately create trust with your ideal clients, storytelling is unbelievably effective… but as the incredible speaking expert Bo Eason shared, it doesn’t work if you’re removed or not personally connected to the story.
People connect to you. So the more YOU are in the story, the more THEY will be affected by it.
MICHAEL BERNOFF – THE FIRST THING YOU NEED TO DO TO GET ANYONE TO MAKE A DECISION IS GET THEIR ATTENTION.
It sounds simple… yet most people totally miss this. The distance from “no” to “yes” isn’t far, but you can’t make people go that distance unless you are 100% sure you have their attention, says influence and persuasion expert Michael Bernoff.
A simple way to do it? Use the word “look” and “listen” in conversation or in your writing.
CREATE AN ONLINE COURSE OR A SUBSCRIPTION TO KEEP CASH FLOWING (EVEN IF YOU HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR LOCATION)
Courses are a great way to create passive revenue, says Nayri Kalayjian, co-founder of Lovella Bridal. Besides growing her bridal retail business over the past 4 years as a Pinnacle Global Network member, Naryi has created passive revenue through her personal brand, Wedding Fashion Expert. It is so important to find other ways to digitize your business in this New Economy.
By creating additional online revenue streams to add to your current retail location model, retailers can create consistent cash flow and avoid the constant up-and-down that so many are experiencing now. It will also increase the valuation of your company to have monthly recurring revenue.
STAND OUT IN A CROWDED INDUSTRY WITH A SIGNATURE PROCESS/PROGRAM.
Do you feel like your voice is being drowned out in an industry that’s packed to the brim with competition? Gila Kurtz, founder of the multi-million dollar lifestyle brand for dogs lovers called Dog Is Good, says that creating a signature program for your business can be the key to standing out — and even becoming a industry leader.
And it’s not just for coaching or service-based businesses. Anyone can do it! This is part of the training she has received as a Pinnacle Global Network member for the past 5 years. In fact, Gila and her co-founder and husband, John Kurtz have added 4 new revenue streams to their traditional wholesale business through the Signature Program training.
THERE ARE 5 MAIN WAYS TO MAKE A PIVOT.
There are so many ways you can make a successful pivot in your business! You don’t need to do them all, but you do need to commit to at least one:
- Solve a new customer need or pain.
- Attract new types of customers.
- Employ technology in new and different ways.
- Adopt a significantly different revenue model.
- Enter/expand into new markets.
IF THERE WAS EVER A TIME TO IMPLEMENT YOUR “DREAM GOAL,” IT’S RIGHT NOW.
Strange as it sounds, there will never be a better time than now to expand and go big. While others are laying low, scaling back, and hiding away, this is your chance to shoot for the top!
Ask yourself: What is that one thing that you’ve always dreamed of doing in your business, and why aren’t you doing it?
How can you make it happen — before your opportunity is gone?
